Big Star’s promising son Big Star Junior is a half brother of Christian Ahlmann’s Grand Prix stallion Taloubet Z. In this pedigree he is united with the solid Oberlina-damline. Dam Pralina was performing on 1.30m level and is sired by the internationale sport- and breeding stallion Karandasj who also produced top horses like Glock’s Zaranza and Windsor XV. Granddam Claudia is also granddam of the 1.50m jumpers Star Apple (s.Kigali) of Gianni Govoni and Amberlina (s.Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve) of Bart de Bruijn. Besides, Claudia is in the damline of the Grand Prix showjumper Wait N See (s.Cantos), ridden by Frederico Francia, and she is a half sister of the international horses Kambius H, Ultraviolet and Walzertraum herself.
