Dam Balona is a sibling to the Grand Prix-dressage horses Nurona (s.TCN Partout) with rider Lucas Elias and Tami Crawford’s Markant (s.Michelangelo), who was selected as a stallion for the KWPN performance test. Granddam Durona scored merely an 8 and 8,5’s at her IBOP test but also is known for being the dam of the fourth level horse Orona (s.Junior STV). In addition, Durona succeeded to produce several other third level horses. A remarkable fact is that from this direct family line also descend the fourth level horses Urchin (s.Sunny Boy), Winston (s.Son de Niro), Zimba (s.Gribaldi) and Zolena (s.Sir Sinclair) as well as the promising stallion First Choice (by Jazz). Sire is the highly interesting Westphalian premiumstallion All At Once who scored high marks in the performancetest.
